At Medicart Nepal (Medicart Tradelink Pvt. Ltd.), we work hard to deliver only authentic and high-quality medical equipment. In rare cases where issues arise, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is defective or damaged on delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product is not functioning as described.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
The product must be unused and untampered.
Refund requests are only processed after inspection and approval by our technical team.
Refunds are not applicable for consumables, opened personal care items, or products purchased on clearance sale (unless defective).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
Refunds will be made via:
Original payment method (if prepaid), or
Cash refund / bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
In some cases, customers may be offered a replacement product instead of a refund.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, Medicart Nepal will bear the shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
