📦 Cancellation & Return Window

• Customers can cancel or return an order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • The product is not functioning as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

🔑 Conditions for Cancellation & Return

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

• Defective or wrong items will be replaced free of cost or fully refunded.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
